Cancelations and No Show Policies 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please review the following cancelation policy:


  • All appointments must be held with a credit card 

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  •  Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.


My cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. If you cancel within 24 hours and I am able to schedule your appointment time to one of my other guests, I will not charge a cancelation fee. My policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my guests.

All personal information such as phone number, name, email and credit card info collected is kept private. Personal information will never be shared with an outside source.


Pictures taken of your hair will be used for marketing on social medial platforms unless you ask not to be photographed.
